Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective internal packaging and outer shipping box to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our designated fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the items are in original, unassembled condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
