How long does shipping take for Group Buy items?
Group Buy items typically have an estimated lead time of 3 to 6 months. Please refer to the specific product page for the most accurate shipping timeline relative to that production batch.
What is included in a Qwertykeys keyboard kit?
Standard kits generally include the keyboard case, PCB, plate, daughterboard, stabilizers, and necessary hardware. Switches and keycaps are usually sold separately unless specified as a 'Full Build'.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local import duties and taxes.
What is your return policy for customized electronics?
Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, we only accept returns for items with manufacturing defects. We offer a 7-day inspection period from the date of delivery to report any issues.
Are your PCBs compatible with VIA or QMK?
Most of our modern PCBs are compatible with VIA or our proprietary 'QK Config' software to allow for easy key remapping and macro management without complex flashing.
